At the same time, by supporting non-governmental public welfare organizations and academic institutions to carry out projects, enhance disaster response and management capabilities, promote industry development, and promote policy improvement.
 

Children’s Safety Plan

 

The Blue Mountain Water Fund ’s Children ’s Safety Plan is the work carried out before disasters in the field of disaster relief. The child safety plan aims to build a platform for social forces to participate in child safety education and advocate child protection. Volunteers and teachers conduct safety education to support children ’s ability to respond to risks by supporting nonprofit organizations, private rescue teams, corporate employees and other social forces to use educational methods of experience, participation and mobile teaching in schools and communities. At the same time, it promotes children to enjoy a safer campus environment, and advocates that the society attaches importance to and participates in child safety protection.
 

Emergency relief plan
 

The emergency disaster relief plan adopts the strategy of “advance disaster preparedness, joint action, rapid rescue”, and builds a localized social force disaster emergency mechanism, focusing on local social forces, targeting major disasters and small and medium-sized disasters, mainly for children and other vulnerable The group carries out life rescue and life assistance, and at the same time enhances the professional development of social disaster relief forces, and promotes the participation of social organizations in the establishment of disaster management systems. The emergency disaster relief plan includes three projects: rescue alliance, emergency disaster relief, and network capacity building.

The warm pack plan is designed to address the needs of children affected by disasters in life and psychological care in emergency situations. The Blue Mountain Water Fund unites provincial social organizations, volunteers, media, caring companies and the public to build a platform for social forces to participate in public welfare, and promotes social organizations to better respond to the emergency life and needs of children in distress by issuing warm packs for children in distress The need for psychological care helps children to survive the post-disaster stage and winter in dignity and safety. According to the needs of different seasons and different groups of people, the warm pack is equipped with different items.
 

Post-disaster reconstruction plan
